8 PAX posted for their pre-Thanksgiving workout in order to justify more calories tomorrow. 48 degrees and solid rain made it extra gloomy this morning. The PAX ran to Cobb parking deck to escape the rain but believe me there was no idling or loitering.

Warmup:

20 x SSH

12 x Imperial Walker

20 x Arm circles

20 x mountain climber

10 x merkins

The Thang:

Run to 2nd level of parking deck and complete:
10 regular pushups
10 WWII’s
10 wide pushups
10 LBC’s
10 diamond pushups
10 Rocky Balboa’s

Run to 3rd level and repeat above

Run to 4th level and repeat above

Run to 5th level and repeat above

Run to 6th level which is uncovered to soak in some rain before returning to the 5th level and completing:

20 squats
10 WWII’s
20 lunges
10 LBC’s
20 calf raises
10 Rocky Balboa’s

Run down to 4th level and repeat above

Run down to 3rd level and repeat above

Run down to 1st level and finish strong with:

10 burpees

10 WWII’s

10 burpees

10 LBC’s

10 burpees

10 Rocky Balboa’s
