There is a new 3rd F opportunity now available to the ever-expanding Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill (Apex-Cary-Fuquay Varina-Wake Forrest) PAX. It is called Extra Debt. Similar to the Extra Credit concept, we will meet 15 minutes prior to the start of the workout to pray. Initially this will be offered each Tuesday at The Forge and each Saturday alternating between Catalyst and Pullen Park. Extra Debt is a time for the PAX to pray specifically for each other and our immediate families. A Google Doc or similar portal will be created to allow prayer requests to be submitted anonymously and confidentially. Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us if we wish to have men share their deepest concerns and desires. We ask that you try to have your requests submitted the night before, this will allow us to get right into our time of prayer. We will pray in a designated format led by a Q but allowing for all PAX to offer up prayers for about 10 minutes. This will ensure the PAX still have time for stretching and preparation for the following workout.
The first Extra Debt will be held on Tuesday, August 5 at 5:30AM before The Forge. Simply meet in the parking lot. This will be followed with our second Extra Debt held on Saturday, August 9 at 6:45AM before Catalyst.
Additional information will be posted to the F3 web site as Extra Debt is established, and hopefully, spreads to other workouts.
