20 PAX showed up at the Vortex on a fantastic morning one day after F3 Chapel Hill’s 3 year anniversary workout.

Warmup:
One lap, SSH, Imperial Walker, Windmill, Mtn Climber, Merkin, Slow Merkin

The Thang:
Lineup on the field. PAX to perform one minute of exercise followed by a run across the field and back. Repeat many times. Exercises included:
burpees, merkins, jump squats, wide grip merkins, burpees again

Mosey to the corner of the field for a four corners escalator:
1st corner – 10 burpees
2nd corner – 10 burpees, 20 merkins
3rd corner – 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats
4th corner – 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 WWII’s

1 minute of People’s Chair and 1 minute of Balls to the Wall
