The Thang:
Warm Up (with one PAX running around outer perimeter during the entire warm up – Duck Duck Goose style):
25 SSH, 20 Squat Jack, 20 Wind Mills, 25 Sir Fazio (forward/reverse), 20 Peter Parkers
Rock Work Under the Bridge
Find a rock: 25 curls, 15 tricep extension, 15 merkins (with one hand on rock, then switch), 15 skull crushers
Sisyphus
Group 1 sprint to first turn and back down while Group 2 hit Merkins
Group 1 sprint to second turn and back down while Group 2 hit Burpies
Group 1 half way and begin squats, Group 2 doing squats until Group 1 half way – finish as group
Tennis Courts – 4 corners
Arrive at tennis courts with People’s Chair
Bear Crawl from one corner / Side Shuffle to next corner / Bear Crawl / Side Shuffle
Repeato with Crab Walk and Back Run and Merkins once finished until everyone done
Picnic Tables
Three PAX run from table to do pull up while rest doing step-ups on picnic table
Followed by urkins, durkins and jump ups in cadence
Run to Mary – LBCs, windshield wipers, 6 inch leg hold, protractor, 25 world war two sit ups
