A strong showing of 32 PAX showed up this morning to get after it. Lourdes was the first site I ever posted and it holds a special place in my heart. I nearly died that day and I owed it to the PAX and the site to return the favor and give back.

Here was my attempt to give back:

Jog to the big parking lot behind the dealership.

Warm Up: SSH x 20, Good Morning x 10, Wind Mill x 10, Mountain Climbers x 15

Thang Part 1:

Partner up and line up in the middle of the parking lot. P1 runs down to one end and P2 runs down to the other end. 5 burpees at each end. Run back and meet your partner in the middle and do 10 partner merkins. Run back to the ends and do 5 squat jumps. Meet your partner back in the middle and do 10 partner derkins each. Flap jack between partner merkins/partner derkins and burpees/squat jumps. The goal was to do this continually for 15 minutes but I cut it a couple minutes short because of time.

When time was called, form 2 lines and Indian run back to the covered parking lot at the school.

Thang Part 2:

P1 runs down the entrance ramp to the parking lot, hangs a left down oxford rd and at the stop sign 5 burpees. Run up anderson dr and at the traffic light do 5 burpees. Take a left on overbrook dr and go to the covered parking lot entrance off overbrook and do 5 more burpees. Tag out your partner and P2 does the same thing. Each partner completed this 2 times, but on the 2nd trip we did all running except for 5 burpees when you get to overbrook dr traffic light.

In the covered parking deck, while one partner was doing the loop, the other partner did the following exercises continuously until your partner tagged you out: 5 Makhtar N’Diayes, 10 Wide Grip Merkins, 15 Star Jumps, 20 LBCs

Naked Moleskin:

-Prayers for a couple families as they are going through a difficult time.

Welcome 2 FNGs Ponzi and Carrot Cake

I had an awesome time Qing this site and I’m definitely going to sign up here soon. Thanks to all who showed and for making this enjoyable. I think I missed a name or two and I apologize if I left your name off.
