Run up to the bottom of Lake Drive (via White Oak)… get in groups of 3
Indian Run to the very top, 10 burpees > run down to Lake drive split, 10 burpees > run back up to top, 10 burpees
AMRAP squats when done
Run back down to Root… 30 merkins, 30 Freddies in cadence
Run back home for finish
Right at 5 miles covered with 30 burpees, 60 merkins, 60 freddies mixed in… Tahoe it was!
