Since most of the Pax this morning were not here last week (and last week we had a lot of fun), YHC decided last minute to do basically the same workout again. 4 Ran 3 miles for EC met by 7 others for the standard Monday morning festivities.
Warm Up
- SSH x 30 IC
- Fazio Arm Circles x 15 IC Each Direction
- Hillbillies x 15 IC
- Imperial Walker x 15 IC
- High Knee Up Downs x 10
The Thang
- Partner Up – 5 Sets of 5 Pullups Each, then 5 Bropees (25 Pullups, 25 Bropees)
- Picnic Table Dips x 40, Jog to Upper Field
- A little football pitch and catch with mountain climbers and SSH in between. Admittedly, this was very unorganized. However, the idea is to do something fun and competitive with a ball in the middle of an F3 workout. Next time I will try to plan it out a little better.
- Merkin Applesauce – This time, encompassing both of the fields into 1 large track.
