Today’s Kickstarter workout was brought to you by the letter “L” for legs, as in they’re not working right, and the letter “O” for ouch.YHC has been away for a couple weeks. What a way to get back in game and hit the ground running… Literally.
Warmup (after a quick jog):

The Thang:
Indian run around the parking lot to the grass hill for a modified form of 11’s.
At the bottom of the hill, PAX do the set of exercises (Mt climbers, Merkins, pikeups) then run up the hill and back down, doing up to 11 reps each.
Mosey over to parking to paint the lines. At the end of each line, do 2 squat jumps, Run back to start and repeat subbing the squats for Merkins.
Sequence:
skip squat, half burpees, double crescent kicks, SSH, for 30 seconds each.
Mosey of to the wall for People’s Chair. 30 secs, then drop for another 30. Recover and repeat. Alternating one leg extended and switch every 15 seconds.
Mosey to picnic tables for L/R steps, then box jumps, 2 Sets.
