Ah, the Judge in the rain. Glorious. It looks like the weather might not be ideal for tomorrow morning but the men of F3 aren’t scared of a little rain (maybe lightning).
Here’s the deal:
-Partner up. Don’t do life alone. #truth
-Circle up. COP.
-Run down to the amphitheater from the parking lot. Head under the shelter. Five exercises times ten each. Do Burpees, Merkins, Squats, Derkins and LBCs off your partner’s back.
-Run to the dojo. Do the same five exercises.
Run back and forth until 6:10. We’ll head to the NCAM wall for a balls to the wall closing. #tradition?
