Warmup:
SSH x 20
Imperial Walker x 10
WMH x 10
Arm Circles x 20
Merkins x 10

The Thang:
Run from top of Laurel Hill to the bottom – form two lines.
Each line – Indian Run up hill with three stops along the way – at each stop – 10 merkins/10 burpees/10 lbc’s, except for second stop – no lbc’s, instead, 15 dips.
Once at top of Laurel Hill, run down to the tennis courts @ the Outdoor Education Center – everyone on end line – suicide sprints to the end of each of the first three courts.
Sequential exercises after each suicide – 5 merkins, then 5 merkins/5 burpees, then 5 merkins/5 burpees/5 WWII’s

Slow jog back to parking lot – then “Roxanne Burpees” (SSH or run in place for entirety of song. Watching PAX run in place together did resemble an ugly collection of Jazzercisers)
