Hence the pre-Tweet from Juggernaut today, but hey, I can take it. Always good to generate a couple of yuks along life’s path, right?

- Tricep Extensions x 15
- Curls x 15

- Dying Cockroaches x 15
Repeat-O the above x 20, swapping out Dying Cockroaches for Freddy Mercury x 20
Run to top of hill, 3x Burpees, run back to the bottom then 3x Burpees. Repeat this with 2x, then 1x. YHC called an audible as we were running out of time, after 1.5 lengths…
