New Year’s Day is symbolic with a fresh start. For many of you, you’re already on a great physical fitness path and this day is just like any other. For our other PAX brothers, staying committed to a work-out is a constant battle. Enter F3. It’s hard but it’s rewarding. If you go consistently, you’ll get stronger physically and mentally. So, grab a friend and make this a priority for the morning. You’ll be glad you did!
