The Agoge training grounds have all sorts of great features to make use of, hills, open fields, rocks, etc, but I’ve been wishing we had a nice sturdy low wall for derkins, dips, and jump-ups. Sometimes the things you need have been there all along, you just have to open your eyes to see them. Thanks Patina!

Mosey around SEBTS campus to the rock wall (the low sturdy one) in front of Simmons Hall

– JumpUps X 10 (OYO)

Mosey back down to the soccer field

Split into 2 groups. Start at the bench in between the soccer goals 1 group runs towards North Goal, 1 group runs towards South Goal

-5 LBCs, run to the soccer goal, 5 jump ups touching top of goal, run back to the bench
-6 LBCs, run to the soccer goal, 6 jump ups touching top of goal, run back to the bench
ladder up to 10…

Switch Sides
Start at the bench in between the soccer goals
5 Lunges each leg, bear crawl to the soccer goal, 5 jump ups, bear crawl back to the bench

Great lead by Patina this morning. Thanks for taking us the long way around the campus and noticing the low wall. I’ve been walking past that wall for 10 years. We will be visiting it more often now!
