With a pulled muscle, YHC showed up to Q as a clipboarder and part time participant of the morning’s fun. CeeLo and Vaseline hit it hard (and graciously didn’t harass the Q who called out exercises but often didn’t do them). Here’s what they did.
After a quick loop around the tennis courts there was warm up with Side Straddle Hops x 25, Plank Jacks x 25, Imperial Walkers x 25, and Mountain Climbers x 20
A short run to the Upper Field allowed a circle around the bases with Bear Crawls and 5 Burpees at each base. We did a mini plank-o-rama with Plank x 30, Putin x 10, Sarkozy x 10. In the dugout we did some single leg squats x 15 x 15.
We stepped down to the wall to get our kicks on Route 66 (Step Ups and Dips).
The building offered a place for People’s chair x 40, followed by a little more planking, and some more People’s Chair x 20.
We finished with some Mary: Hollow Man x 20, Rosalita’s x 20, WWII x 20 and LBCs x 20.
