I live very close to the AO for Zero Hour – Jaycee Park. I keep the tires I use in workouts under my house. Rather than going to the trouble of getting the trailer and moving all the tires, I thought we’d just run over to my house and pull them out. Bad idea. We woke up my neighborhood.

09/11/17 – The 9/11 Stair Climb is F3Raleigh’s annual event to remember and honor the victims and first responders, will take place at 0530 at Gate 4 of Carter-Finley Stadium, where the Vaughn Towers are located (where exactly is that?). We will gather at 0530 and start climbing the stairs by 0545, with goal of everyone being finished by 0700. Coffee will be available afterwards. No other workouts planned for F3Raleigh on September 11, so we will see you there.
09/04/17 – Labor Day Convergence starting at 0700, at the NC Art Museum (home of Whiplash). Denali will be the Q. This Convergence will be 1 hour duration. If you’re in town for Labor Day, please come!
09/21/17 – Neighbor 2 Neighbor Breakfast Fundraiser – Thursday September 21 7:00 to 8:30am at the North Raleigh Hilton

Prayers
My father Charlie has a recurrence of prostate cancer. He started radiation last week. My mom has late stage Alzheimers and in a care facility at the Cypress.
Polaroid took us out with a great prayer.
