Pax of 14 for retro shirt day at GreenFlash.  Many excellent old school T’s brought out examples include- Papercut had tank top from Shavlik League; Orwell with basic one-pocket T; Zima with Dayton football practice jersey.  I went with my Lakers James Worthy tank top.  Good stuff.  Aside from admiring our attire, we also worked out and here’s how it went:

Warmup:
50 single count merkins
SSH x 25
Fazio arm circles x 15 each direction
Mountain climbers x 20

Run around Green Elementary School coming back to track/playground area and partner up
Each partner does one round of stairbarrows; then each partner does wide-grip merkins on the broken tires embedded in the ground; then each partner sprints basketball court x 4; then partner carry around track

Half-time celebrated with 10 burpees OYO and Jack Webb in the track infield

Repeat partner work as described above.

Head to grassy area near basketball courts:
Partner 1 runs loop on concrete path while partner 2 does exercise and flapjack until you reach target number: burpees x 50; LBCs x 200; monkey humpers x 100; star jumps x 100

Circle up for Mary:
Chilcutt Merkins x 25 each side
Freddie Mercury – normal style x 20 then with heal tap x 20

Announcements included 911 stair climb; and Mr Rogers talked up Wednesday workout at West Millbrook M.S.
