During this fortnight of Olympic competition, YHC thought it only fitting that he would concoct a playlist filled with the sounds of triumph and inspiration.  After spending an hour meticulously preparing said playlist for the worthy PAX, five minutes was spent coming up with this workout:

Partner Up

Partner 1 runs the length of the parking lot (lunge walk half alternatively) while Partner 2 begins sets of 100 exercises (combined total)  Flapjack

Next circuit Partner 1 runs the loop down the ramp and up the stairs (bear crawl the stairs alternatively) while Partner 2 continues exercises Flapjack
