The warm up
A timer was set and feet were moving through the agility ladder ~5 min followed by the PAX performing SSH, standard merkins, and air squats.
The Thang
3-6-9’s
3 Burpees, 6 Merkins, 9 Air Squats AMRAP for 1 min followed by 40 sec of rest. Rinse and Repeat for 10 rounds.
Suicides
First round was just a straight run. For the Second, at every “turn” PAX dropped for a pyramid of Air Squats 5-10-20. Round 3 was another straight run, and finally round 4 was a pyramid of lunge jumps 3-6-9 per leg.
