Warmup:
20 Merkins & Tricep Stretches
The Thang:
A scenic run through the parks of Garner (Lake Benson, White Deer, South Garner Greenway). Just for fun, team carried a 30 lb. ruck plate with us.
Indian run for 1st mile (pass plate through the line, last guy runs with plate to the front).
20 squats
Everyone took a turn being the lead man for two minutes while carrying the “little friend.”
20 close-grip push-ups
Scout run for approx. the last 1.25 miles, scout running with the plate.
