Group 1 start at 1st Base – AMRAP Dying Cockroaches
Group 2 start at – 2nd Base – AMRAP low plan hold
Group 3 start at – 3rd Base – AMRAP Air Chairs with seal claps
Group 4 start at – Home – 15 Burpess OYOWhen Group 4 done with 15 burpees at Home Base, run to first base, Group 1 bear crawls to second base, Group 2 runs to third base, Group 3 bear crawls to Home.
Went around the bases once, audible to 10 burpees at home. After everyone gets a chance to go around again.
Head back to home base. Partner up for 100 team burpees. Partner 1 starts burpees, partner 2 runs to centerfield fence and back, flapjack until you get to 100 burpees.

In his prayer, CDC sent up thanks for Dink, and reminded us F3 is more about individuals getting in shape, it’s about encouraging others to come out, to be leaders where we are. Props to the Apostles crowd for encouraging Dink. It wasn’t a FNG friendly morning, but he handled it like a champ. Not many 54 yr old FNGS, so much respect. He was invited to Juggernaut on Friday… who has the Q??!!
