F3 Raleigh is excited to present 2 volunteer opportunities to the Pax for spring/summer 2023 benefitting Haven House Services. Haven House is a non-profit organization located in Raleigh committed to providing social service assistance to local youth experiencing homelessness, home or school crisis, or challenges involving the juvenile justice system. The volunteer options include Haven House’s annual Battle of the Bags event and a campus workday.
Battle of the Bags
Haven House Services’ Battle of the Bags Cornhole Tournament fundraiser will be held on Sunday, June 4th at Haven House’s agency headquarters located at 1008 Bullard Court, Raleigh, NC 27615. Registration begins at noon with the tournament starting promptly at 1 p.m. Haven House currently needs volunteers to work in different areas of the event including set-up/teardown, photography, registration, score-keeping, and activities. You may also form a team to register in the tournament, support as a corporate sponsor, or make a donation to assist the project. Check out the volunteer sign-up link below:

North Raleigh Campus Workday
The Pax will be volunteering for a 3-hour workday Saturday August 19th at Haven House’s North Raleigh youth shelter. Come ready to assist with your friends by helping the site with housecleaning, maintenance, storage reorganization, vehicle cleaning, and other areas of need. Many hands make light work but a heavy impact! The shelter can accomodate 8-10 volunteers, so please add yourself to the sign-up below if committed to attending! Time and location to be finalized as we approach the date.
