Partner up with one running lap around the pharmacy and the other performing exercise. Flapjack until goal is met. Rotate to a new partner after each exercise

Prayer requests for the family of Kathy Qualls, Swag’s mother in law, who went to her maker peacefully last night. McCants announced they recently brought a 2 1/2 year foster child into their home. It is a confusing situation for a youngster, so all involved need our prayers. YHC took us out
