Six members of the PAX dodged the WCPSS school bus derby for a post Quickhatch extended ruck recovery. Four of the six completed the challenge the previous Saturday morning of the six hour ruck followed by the double down of the Weekend Crick (Birkenstock, Candlestick, Nickelback and YHC). Yours truly made the tactical error of registering as Q before looking closely at the calendar. However, not all was lost as a beautiful stroll around Lake Lynn to look at the loons helped stretch those aching muscles.
