We had the pleasure of welcoming Brinkley from our Charlotte brotherhood who stayed hot on our heels to push us ever further and faster. Spit Valve was also here to impress as he completed his 3rd workout since being an FNG only a few days ago. We thinks he likes it! And yes, we maintained the Merkin Challenge. Short warm-up jog
Circle Up – 10x Good Mornings, 20x Merkins, 15x Hill Billys, 20x Merkins, 15x Side Straddle Hops, 20x Merkins
Field Work – Sprint length, 5 burpees, side step length, 5 burpees, grapevine length, 5 burpees, backwards run the length, 5 burpees – Repeat
Indian Run to head of the street.
Pole to Pole – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 Merkins (2 at 1st pole, then 4, etc….). You gotta come back, so repeat
Stairs – Top of Stairs (12x DC Sumo Squats), Bottom left (12x Merkins), Bottom right (12x DC Jumping Lunges), Top (12x Merkins) – Wall sit till everyone finishes
Indian Run to Shelter – 15x R/L Step Ups, 25x Dips, 15x L/R Step Ups
Mary – Dealers Choice w 10x Core from each Pax. Finished with 10 Merkins for good measure!
