Sixteen gathered on a morning that would keep fishermen at the pier and airplanes on the ground.  The humidity was thick and ready to swamp all, especially a good number of our BRR troops.  With the relay a mere three days away, it was motivating to see team members out for a final warmup.

The THANG:

4 laps at fellowship pace

SSS x 20

Good mornin’s x 15

King David’s x 15

Now that all were loose, today’s instructions were so simple, even an old Navy guy couldn’t botch them too badly:

4x 8 minute runs on the track at roughly T-pace (2 min recoveries in-between

COT:

Reminder to all of Friday’s 9/11 stairclimb at Crabtree.  We also prayed for a number of family members and friends who are undergoing surgery this week. Finally we asked  for safe travels for all the F3 BRR teams.
