12 PAX and 1 FNG showed up to BO on a sticky 61 degree morning. Bartman with EC ruck, although the PAX believe he started at 530 and waited at the corner of Waldo till the others showed before a triumphant walk to the shovel flag. The FNG was making his 2nd attempt to post after being late to Pullen on Saturday and getting left behind. He was early enough today for Banjo to issue the disclaimer.
Warmup – Run down Waldo to the hidden pedestrian round-about, up Walker to the top of the church lot. Circle up for 20 Plankjacks, 10 SLOW GM (TM), 20 MNT climbers. 10 IW, 20 merkins.
The Thang – Start with a four corner ladder. Bear crawl, sprint, crawl bear, backwards run is how we travel between corners. First lap, 5 burpees at each corner. 2nd lap, 10 CDD at each corner. 3rd lap, 15 star jumps at each. 4th lap, 20 merkins at each corner. The original plan was to reverse travel direction and work back down. So many other fun things to get to so the ladder was broken and we jumped to the bottom and just did 5 burpees for the last lap.
Head to Fidelity with a stop by the church for 20 quick feet IC. At Fidelity grab a box for 20 derkins IC, 20 ALRSU IC, 20 irkins, 10 box jumps, and 20 dips IC. Then a spot on the Fidelity wall for people’s chair, BTTW, people’s chair, BTTW and Aussie MNT climbers. At this point Callahan noted that his will was broken. Then back to your box to repeato the set of derkins, ALRSU, irkins, box jumps and dips.
Mosey to the corner of Chatham. Recover on the jog to Waldo for a set of 20 Plankjacks IC. Then a Billy Run (TM) to the shovel flag. Callahan and Banjo lead the competitive BR. Not sure who the victor was, but pretty sure Calli started early….what’s new.
Cirlce up for Mary. 20 LBCs and 20 American hammers IC.
CoT – Count-o-rama, name-o-rama.
Prayers – Franklin’s father, Banjos safe travels to Nashville, FNG Loveshack’s sister, and Bartman’s upcoming procedure.
Praise – Shut-in has a fellow F3 brother in Charlotte whose daughter had a very successful brain operation. Amen!
YHC took us out.
