Head to hill on the front, right side of school.
One PAX at a time sprint hill, remaining group alternate between BTW and People’s Chair.
Sprint up hill as a group and recover on the jog.
Find half wall near cafeteria, AMSAP (As many sets as possible) of irkins, derkins, dips, box jumps (x10)
Parking lot sprints.
