Split into groups of 6 or 7 for the following circuit:
Run to shelter 25 Dips, 25 Irkins. Run to swing set, 25 derkins, 25 knee ups (feet are in seat for both). Run back to basketball courts, 25 Monkey Humpers, 25 Dying Cockroaches. Run 3 times through
Stay with same group of 6 or 7 for the Washington Street loop:
Run loop with group in Indian run formation with 20 burpees / 20 LBCs @ Nichols Dr and 20 partner derkins / 20 WWIIs @ Bishops Park Dr. Run loop 2x.
