The Thang:
Mosey to loop around pond behind playground
Identify concrete circle behind playground as the pits and 100′ of walk into and out of circle as pit road. Can’t go too fast on pit road, so only lunge walking allowed in this area.
Green flag.
Lunge walk to end of pit road, then run to 1st station – 20 dips on benches in cadence
Run to 2nd station – 20 squats in cadence
Run to 3rd station – 20 merkins in cadence
Run to 4th station – 20 star jumps OYO
Lunge walk to “pit” – 20 WW2’s in cadence
First lap complete = 100 reps
Repeato x 4 = 500 reps
Being that Memorial Day weekend is here (close enough), the PAX decided to run a bonus lap to honor our fallen veterans who made our freedom possible. So, we tore up another lap to make it an even 600 reps.
