Alright. It’s that time of the week, Thursday. Means it’s time to test limits and push boundaries. Partner up and lets get it going.
Mosey over to in between the Dojo and the rock pile.  Warm up.

Main Event
Partner up.
Run down to the rock pile. Partner one does 10 bent rows. 10 curls. 10 curl to press to tricep extension. Amrap. P2 runs up to cross roads. 10 high knees and runs back. Flap Jack.
Once each partner has done one cycle, run towards Dojo. 10 derkins on partners back at top of hill when getting into grass before Dojo.
In the Dojo, 10 Hail Mary’s (dips with feet on partners back). 10 Irkins.
