We started off in a slight drizzle, circled up after short warm up run. Started with 23 standard Merikins, 10 Windmills, 10 Plankjacks and finished with 10 Imperial Squat Walkers, kinda messed up on that one. Short run and did 10 Burpee countdown. Short run to basketball court for some Black Jack, Carolina Dry Dock and LBC’s. The we did a hill sprint and did left and right arm out push ups, 10 on each side. Next was lunges with a bear crawl. Then sprints with planks. Finished with some Mary, Low slow flutter, Freddy Mercury and Dying Cockroach. Finished just as rain started coming down.
