18 PAX worked on their tennis skills this am….not.  The group worked its way to the tennis courts though………

It was then time for the escalator.  The PAX started with 20 merkins and a sprint around court 1.  Next was 20 merkins and 20 squats and a run around court 2.  Next was 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 dry docks and a run around court 3.  This continued with LBC, jump lunges, and burpees of course as the finale and a run around all six courts.

The escalator theme continued with a bear crawl across court 1 and back.  next was a bear crawl across court 1 and back, a crab walk across courts one and two and back, etc.  We did walking lunges to finish.  Too bad we ran out of time.  I was looking forward to court 6.  For next time.

On the way back for Mary, we did dips x 15, urkins x 10, more dips x 10 and a run back to the parking lot.

It was a great morning for this.  We welcomed Rev Flo-Rida from the Mothership.  He loves to chatter for sure.  The numbers continue to grow.  Many of our regulars were on vacation, but we did welcome two FNGs Lime-a-rita and Ricky Martin!  Make sure to post at TBL tomorrow
