Prologue:
This is my fifteenth Q of the 2020 Q Challenge.
Your Humble Dawn Patrol Homeboy was jazzed to lead General Assembly after auditing K-Tribe’s Q last week. I scoped out a little more yesterday afternoon. Jack Webbs are my thing at the moment, so I figured I should find some knee-friendly grass. With the Capitol grounds blocked off for election happy time, that means a trip to Nash Square.

YHC took us out

Naked Moleskin:
Lots of good mumble chatter. Yoda was right, it got quiet on those Plank Jacks.
That fire truck was not responding to a call, for those concerned. I’m not that much of a jerk, nor that deaf. And I did give that sterling disclaimer! (I was still embarrassed.)
The Ricochet fly by during the Jack Webbs was nice. When Jimmer suggested it, I couldn’t believe they could make it from Roanoke Park to Nash Square in 20 minutes. I know I couldn’t do it. Maybe someday. Strong work!
I had initially conceived of some Law & Order theme when I realized we would be doing Jack Webbs in front of the old Raleigh Police Headquarters. I had planned to finish at the State Bar building at Edenton and Blount, but that turned out to be rather aggressive. As I look at the map writing this backblast, I see we finished 7s next to the Supreme Court of North Carolina, so I’m counting it.
The Q Challenge has been great for me personally. The extra step to Q new workouts has made it even better, challenging this Dawn Patrol regular to break up his Thursday routine.
This was my fifteenth #F3Q20 #2020Challenge Q. Next stop is Late Night on 11/13.
