Warm-up
Quick jog around the lot and down to the ball field.
GM x 10, IW x 10, Fazio x 15 L/R… let’s go.
The Thizzang
Run down to Glen Eden
Up to the top and back down (almost half mile). 4 stops along the way. Exercises were:
-merkins x 10 (x4)
-sumo jump squat x 10 (x4)
-burpees x 10 (x4)… flutters until all in.
Seems much easier typing this than the actual thing.
Run back up path to the open field. Line up on the path for some shoulder work.
Plank – Plank walk R x 5 – swiss merkins x 10 – plank walk L x 5 – CDD x 10 – plank walk L x 5, wide grip merkin x 10, plank walk R x 5, merkin x 10…. recover. mumble chatter pretty high at this point.
Run up to the basketball courts.
Sprints
-Down and back (2 courts)…again x 2
-Down and back (1 court)…again x 2
-2 court suicide (1 stop)….again x 2
-2 court suicide (3 stops) x 1
