Final Thought: I am honored to be a member of F3, and to have the opportunity to come out and lead an F3 workout. As Q, I accept all responsibility for any negative outcome which impacts the group or an individual. Today I failed the group. I was ineffective in communicating instructions. The result was a team building exercise that devolved into an every man for himself jailbreak. I was left scratching my head and questioning my leadership ability. In retrospect, I look to Christ for guidance and inspiration. I see where I must love all of you as he loves me. If I adhere to this command, I will glorify God. In turn, I will become a better follower, a better leader and a better man. Thank you all for your hard work today and my lesson in humility.

God bless you, TB
