Another Friday in the rain. It seems like it has rained on Friday mornings for the past month. Five brave souls showed up despite school closing and threats of black ice. We quickly began to ward off the cold. We started with a longish warm up run of about 1mi and did some windmills and mountain climbers. After that we did a circuit starting with rip rap rocks for props. The first circuit was lunge rows with rock in hand, run to hill, sprint up hill, run to field, LBCs and run back to start. The total circuit was about 0.5mi. Repeat again this time with plank rows (plank position w/ rock in one hand and row) and Russian hammers. Repeat once more with goblet squats bridge kicks. Next start the long climb back to the cars. break to do Australian pullups, dying cockroaches and WWII situps. The End.
