(1) As we painted those lines, someone said we were doing script Ohio. OUCH! And for the Record, Ohio uses core style. They aren’t tough enough to get their knees up and play.
(2) At the initiation of the Bear Crawl PTL, Burt proclaimed to no longer make band jokes. Bring it on #ProudofwhoIam
(3) At the end of this one, the PAX grew restless. “Someone didn’t have a workout planned” was heard. Little did the PAX know what pain was in store for them
(4) Literally, Q tried to come up with the most brutal 11’s in his power. So for, So good.
(5) Had to cut it short as we were running out of time. T-Claps to Grease Monkey, Largemouth, and Michelob who complete the full 11’s in the time we had.
(6) A note on my closing prayer: I’ve used this prayer in various jumbled forms for all my Q’s and will continue to do so. I eventually might even get it memorized correctly one of these days. We all strive to “Be better Men”. Often times we casually throw that phrase around. Kindly enough, the 4th century theologian Ephrem the Syrian (Saint Eprem in my faith) provided a playbook of how we “Can be better Men” (People)
“O Lord, take from us the spirit of sloth, despair, lust of power, and idle talk. But give rather the spirit of Integrity, humility, patience, and love to us your servants.
