Another beautiful 52 degree morning greeted a PAX of 10 to Juggernaut this morning at 5:45. YHC had a few minutes before and looked over some trivia to share with the PAX during our time together. See below for what this day brought to us many years ago. A little mumbo chatter about the pre-blast tweet from YHC all in good fun. No FNG’s a quick disclaimer and we were off.

THE THANG
Count off, odds do exercise while evens run around the parking lot, flap jack. Exercise #1 – Prisoner Squats Exercise #2 – Monkey Humpers Exercise #3 – SUMO Squats
Recover on the run to the entrance and stop back the rock pile, pick your favorite rock for 11’s. Exercises are on your knees overhead press and diamond merkins. We all dug deep in the end…great job!
Recover on run to the picnic tables for the following:
Left/Right Step ups X 20, Urkins X 15, Dips X 15, Durkins X 15
Recover on the Run to the Baseball Field for around the horn:
Bear Crawl to first base run to fence and back to first base, (sprinklers were running which YHC did not notice until the speed demon CDC ran through it) crab walk to second base run to center field fence and back to second base, lunge walk to third base run to the fence and when you hit thrid base sprint the rest of the way home.
People chair PAX ten count shake your legs out and BTTW Ten count again from PAX.
Legs up the wall (or fence in our case and just relax and look at the beautiful sky and stars. It was here that the trivia from YHC was shared, in 1956 Elvis Presley released “Love Me Tender” one of his many hits. I do not think the PAX was amused with my little bit of trivia this morning.
