15 PAX showed up to Field of Dreams a cool clear (for a change) morning.  There was a lot of chatter about those strange twinkling lights in the sky that had not been seen for a very long time.  There was healthy debate on the proper temperature to start wearing long sleeves (or short sleeves).  I believe the consensus was below 50.  Two minutes to go and I didn’t think anyone else was coming and thought about starting early but then I heard the sound of a car coming down the road.  Wait that’s Term Paper turning into the parking lot on 2 wheels and jumping out of his car with 1 minute to spare.

Jog to first parking lot up the hill for warm up: Good Mornings x12, IWx20, Mountain Climbers x 20

The Thang: Mosey over to the rock pile and grab a rock.  Rock curls x20, Overhead press x 20, Triceps extensions x20, rock row x 20, rock curls x 20.

Indian Run down the road to the back of the park and the huge parking lot (much bigger than I remember and much bigger than it looked on Google Maps) for some XXL 4 corners.  First corner x10 Merkins, 2nd  corner x20 star jumps, 3rd corner x30 sumo squats, 4th corner x40 LBC, Plank it out.  Repeat but this time x5 burpees, x10 merkins, x20 sumo squats, x30 LBC.  Repeat same as last time.

Indian Run back to the rock pile, x20 rock curls, x20 overhead press, x12 arms extended squats, x20 rock row.

Mosey to the bball court for a merkin pyramid.  Partner up and face each other.  Group 1 x10 merkins, then Group 2 x10 merkins while G1 recovers.  G1 x9 while G2 recovers, G2 x9 while G1 recovers, G1 x 8 while… down to x1.
