Today we raced.
After a few Side Shuffle Hops, Imperial Walkers and Good Mornings, two teams were created. Team Duff and Team Zima.
Maps drawn to scale were handed out to Team Zima who led his team around the ring o fire clockwise while Team Duff ran counter-clockwise. As each team ran around the lake, they stopped at stations and performed the following exercises. These exercises were performed by team 1 while team 2 did them in reverse.
Station 1: 25 burpees
Station 2 at the boathouse: 25 irkins, 25 derkins, 25 dips
Station 3: bear crawl the bridge
Station 4: 25 partner dips
Station 5: flapjack, 25 partner dips
Station 6: Bear crawl the entire field leading up to the pull up bars (Team 2 didn’t complete this station resulting in a disqualification)
Station 7: 25 merkins
Station 8: 25 burpees
We finished at the dam and met Team Duff at the parking lot for Competitive Mary.
Dingo closed with a prayer.
