This Q started a disaster and never recovered. Not only was the Q late (I’ll blame it on Mister Rogers), he arrived with fellow ruckers only to discover that the rest of the PAX took off.  We started our warm-up until the others joined us.  If everything went as planned and the Dorothea Dix Hill was 2 miles closer, the workout would have gone as follows:

Warm-up

Fast Feet and Down x 25

Good Morning x 25

Hand Release Merkin x 25

Seal Jacks x 25

Partner Up (Size does not matter)

One partner grabs a sand bag and everyone follows me.

Run to DIX Hill

Round 1 – 300 sumo squats; partner 1 runs across field, bear crawls to the top of the hill while partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack until total # of exercise completed. Plank it out.

Round 2 – 200 derkins; partner 1 bearcrawls to the top of the hill while partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack until total # of exercise completed. Plank it out.

Round 3 – 100 sand bag burpees; bearcrawls to the top of the hill  while partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack until total # of exercise completed. Plank it out.

Once done, run back to the circle for Mary

Pax calls exercise then bear crawls around circle while rest of PAX completes the exercise. Once back, call out another PAX.

Due to time, we skipped Mary and went home.
