To give the BRR teams a proper send off (and/or an attempt to beat down those who aren’t running) the Judge workout will take place exclusively on one of the long steep hills the Art Museum has to offer.

-Mosey down by the dojo where the gravel trail head starts for quick warm-up. Partner up.

-Jog through the woods to half-way point of big winding hill that leads to the caged bridged overlooking 440.

Thang:

Start with 10 partner merkins on the path or parallel to it ….will be more like slight partner urkin/derkins. Partners run towards the end point of the direction they are facing. End points will be the caged bridge (top) and the little wooden bridge (bottom).

At the top bridge partner will do 40 modified pullups (keep feet on wooden slab handrail thing and will feel more like a row), 20 freddie mercury’s, 10 peter parker’s, run towards bottom bridge.

At the bottom bridge partner will do 40 prison squats, 20 low slow flutters, 10 carolina dry docks, run towards top bridge.

Each time partners cross they will do 10 partner urkin/derkins.  Repeat until 6:08. Should be fun!!
