YHC knew we had a big hill to climb today so after no FNGs found we did a quick jog over to the upper parking lot for a warmup of:
– Side Straddle Hop (25x)
– Imperial Walkers (15x)

Count off in 2s then run down Lassiter Mill rd., watch out for the sidewalk monster then stop at Old Lassiter Mill rd. for:
– A set of 11s with Merkins at the bottom and Sumo Squat Jumps at the top
– The set of 11s was cut short b/c this hill was large. YHC drove up it yesterday and it really didn’t seem so bad from the car.
– A few plank exercises while we recovered:  left arm up, regular, right arm up, regular, low plank hold

Evens on one side of the road, odds on the other for an Applesauce run up the hill to the bridge for:
– 20 Irkins OYO
– 20 Dips OYO

Jog back to the underground parking lot (the sauna) and recover with:
– LBCs (25x)

Line up and:
– Bear Crawl to the end of the lot.
– Burpee Broad Jumps all the way back (crowd favorite)

Run back up the stairs into cooler weather and circle up for:
– Freddie Mercury’s (31x)
– 6 in. Leg Hold around the circle (5 count)
– Superman around the circle (5 count)
– American Hammer (25 I think)
