PAX rolled in slowly on this Monday morning. With on FNG in tow disclaimer was given and off they went.

Ran over to parking lot near tennis courts for warm up.

Run to bottom of sisaphys and under bridge.  Find a rock.

Partner up.  Partner #1 run starts running backwards up sisaphys.  Partner #2 starts with 10 merkins and then runs forward to catch parter.  Tag out and repeat.  When Partner #1 is tagged out he then does 20 scissor kicks.  Repeat cycle until top.  Plank until everyone done.

Mosey to picnic table for rotation of urkins, step ups and durkins.  Three sets.

Run to baseball field.  Partner #1 runs to right field foul pole and 5 burpees.  Partner #2 does 10 merkins, 10 LBC’s and 10 prisoner squats.  Flap jack.  2nd rotation except after burpees at right field go to center field for 5 burpees and then back to right field for 5 more burpees and then back home.  3rd rotation only 3 burpees at each stop except add left field, so right field 3 burps, center 3 burps, left field 3 burps, center 3 burps, right field 3 burps and back home to switch out with partner.

Mary:  balls to wall for 10 count, then balls to wall mountain climbers for 10 count.  Finish with 15 slow slow squats.

PAX were covered with grass and baseball field dirt at end and in need of a shower!
