Welcome FNG Brother Jebediah. Cletus today featured some rock work for a combination of cardio and strength training. Jogged up to baseball fields grabbing a rock along the way. Warm up with 25 side straddle hops, 10 good mornings, 20 imperial walkers, 20 mountain climbers, & 15 standard merkins
Jogged out to baseball field and lined up along the grass line just beyond the infield. Ran to outfield fence carrying rock and did 10 burpees, walk back to infield line carrying rock with arms fully extended overhead, do one merkin. Continued on with 9 burpees, 2 merkins, etc. til done.
Back over to the paved area between the fields for some 30 flutter kicks with rock full extended above chest, 15 leg/rock raises, 20 count balls to wall. Jogged back to rock pile, drop rocks, and over to tennis courts for one round of bullfrog wheel barrow hops, bear crawl back. Mary consisted of 20 Ukrainian hammers, 20 count flappy bird, and 20 count balls to wall.
