Great work by the PAX and an honor to lead as your Q.  As was stated during COT, many men are carrying heavy burdens of family, relationships, work, and direction.  YHC will confess it’s always easy to offer help, and in many cases it provides an energy boost to be able to assist.  It’s much harder to receive help or acknowledge you need it.  Let’s look for opportunities to carry one another’s burdens.

Thanks to Wendell Gee for extending an invitation to YHC to Q @F3Ambassador.  With Wendell Gee’s invite, I was reminded I needed to up my I2 (individual initiative) and make it a point to sign up to Q.  You can find Q Sign Up Google Docs hyperlinked to the Site Q names on the schedules page of the F3 Raleigh website.

Welcome to Nightshift and Messi.  It’s great to have you as members of the F3 brotherhood.
