NMS:
YHC has been up since wee hours of the morning, getting some paid work done, and just never felt the urge nor had the time for a little reading, pre-work out. So as I roll into the Phoenix ready to start my day right. The urge comes upon me. Head over to the Kroger, which is always clean this time on Saturday mornings,  to take care of business. And what do I see but another F3 man, whom I don’t know, about 30 yards ahead of me with the same thing on his mind, rushing to the throne room. As I head in, I shout out to the unknown man, “I hope you hurry your ass up because I ain’t holding this for very long.” Later as we get ready to head off for the morning routine, I finally introduce myself to OSHA from F3 Cleveland.
Mumble chatter was really heavy this morning. Burt, you would have been proud.  It definitely started with the cold, continued with the lack of warm-up, and escalated to a crescendo with the Beast continuously interrupted by Bruce Lee and Mucho Chesto.
I’m beginning to worry about CK. He goes into a quick count and attempts to head off YHC. When confronted, he replies “I’m just being efficient “. Not doing the exercise is not efficient, it’s just lazy.
T -claps to Calla”Hate”. The sick boy lead the pax in nearly every round of the beast.
Ollie – he found the Merkin wall he has been looking for.
Way to push through Red Dawn.
Tecumseh shows as we circle up for COT. The man claims to have completed a murph whilst looking for us. Pity was held and we included him in the comraderie. Might as well. He is driving us to Butner tomorrow for some mud fun.
Rio and Fluoride arrive on two wheels. Say no more.
Beast with no man left behind! We all finished as a group.
