SSH x 20, Good Mornings x 15, Mountain Climbers x 15, Plank Jacks x 15, Makhtar N’Diayes x 15, Mountain Climber Merkin Burpees(MCMB) x 15. 4 mountain climbers, 1 merkin and 1 jump up to complete the rep.

Stay in circle, get on your 6, and do the Wendell Gee special that Vector Victor did a couple months ago at this site. This was like the JackWebbs but for abs. WW2 sit up x 1, Low Slow Flutter x 1, then WW2 x 2…..that sequence all the way up to 10 each.

 

Jog down to the bottom of the entrance ramp on Quail Hollow drive.

 

The Thang:

2 sets of 11’s going at the same time. Merkins/Box Jumps on the way up and Burpees/Dying Cockroaches on the way down. Set going up; start with 10 merkins at the bottom, run up to the retaining walls next to the playground, 1 box jump. Continue running up the sidewalk all the way to the top where it ends and start the 2nd set of 11s with 10 burpees. Run back down the hill, 1 dying cock roach at the picnic table area next to the tennis courts. Run back to the bottom of the entrance ramp. 9 merkins and so on….

This took a little bit longer than I anticipated and had to call it at 6:09am. I believe the farthest anyone got was 5 merkins at the bottom. I believe it would have taken 30 minutes to complete that nasty beast.

 

After time was called, gather at the picnic table area next to the tennis courts.
