Thanks for the opportunity on a nice chilly morning LD. We started with a half mile jog and then jumped into warm-up.
20 Fosio arm circles front/ 20 in reverse
20 Merkins
15 Good Mornings
20 Side straddle hop
20 Imperial Walkers
Short jog to the bank where we did 20 quick feet and then we partnered up and did laps around the bank. We ran up the stairs,20 Durkins and back down while our partner did LBC’s. Flip flopped and did 20 Durkins while our partner’s did prisoner squats and little baby dips. Final lap we did Urkins up top with partners back on LBC’s. We ran around to the back of the bank with a 20 count Balls to the wall. After a short jog to the next parking lot we crabbed across part of it.
Back at the Middle school we started with 20 inverted rows, people’s chair 10 count down the line followed by a 30 count Balls to the wall. We ran around to the back of the school where we did 2 rounds of stair barrows, 10 star jumps and 10 pull-ups each with our partner. The final leg started with rocks(10 curls, 10 presses, 10 rows) and a lap around the track. Let’s repeat that and take one more lap. Rocks back to the pile and a quick jog to Mary.
