25 days.  That’s not a lot of time.  Who will take home the #nimblepanda?  Not you if you don’t get out now and work for it.  With #BRR behind us and summer vacations a distant memory, 14 men showed up this morning to get tuned up and get back to work.  Focused.  Driven. Surious.  Mean.  Here’s what went down:

  • 5 times through of: Suicide->5 Burpees->10x Prisoner Squats->5x Diamond Merkins
  • Mosey Down to Docks
  • 20x Derkins – 10x Single Leg Squat (r) – 20x Incline Merkins – 10x Single Leg Squat (l)
  • 14x Derkins – 7x SLS (r) – 14x Irkins – 14x SLS (l)
  • 8x Derkins – 4x SLS (r) – 7x Irkins – 7x SLS (l)
  • Mosey back up to main lot
  • 1/2 Beast in Parking Lot (Merkins-Russian Hammers-Jump Lunges)
